    MOSSA Education: Training Moves

    Description: Group Kick now includes physical conditioning that is authentic to how fighters train “outside the octagon” – more than just moves found in the ring. Training Moves breaks down the Med Ball Slam, Sandbag Slam, and Battle Ropes so that instructors can learn to effectively coach these explosive movements. With great coaching, instructors can help their participants get results, have fun, and KICK SOME!
