MOSSA is very excited to host the BEST Intensive delivered by Cathy Spencer Browning, VP of Training & Programming. The day promises to be action packed, delving into the MOSSA Teaching Essentials Coaching and Connecting, uncovering the importance of being self aware, and adaptable when it comes to being an effective instructor. Cathy shares her passion for communication and her passion for getting more people moving in this jam packed educational experience. She will also be sure to allocate time to share MOSSA’s vision for the future, where programming is headed, and how MOSSA is on the cutting edge of exercise science research.

Because we anticipate fitting a lot into the allocated time, please bring snacks for all day, two sets of workout gear, and a change of clothes as no full lunch break is built in. There will be three short ten-minute breaks throughout the day.

We wanted to be sure to work out together so we will have morning and afternoon workouts delivered by Cathy and the MOSSA Aussie Team!
